He currently works on delivering digital and direct lending solutions at an impact fund, financing the health sector value chain—where trust, persuasion, and clarity are non-negotiable.

On the creative front, Ayoub has executed ATL and BTL advertising campaigns for some of the top brands in Tanzania as a copywriter. His work isn’t just creative—it’s measurable. Time and again, his copy has outperformed that of so-called “industry experts” when tested in real market conditions.

He also curates Tanzania’s largest collection of advertisements across his social media platforms, giving him unmatched exposure to what works, what fails, and what gets ignored in today’s attention economy.
